2. Video services (Freebie, Lite, Premium, Meta Ads)

We offer a limited refund window for all our video service packages:

  • Eligible services: Freebie, Lite, Premium, Meta Ads.

  • Refund period: Up to 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • Conditions for a refund:

    • The request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

    • The main deliverables have not yet been delivered or completed (for example, the main final video has not been delivered).

    • You must provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Story Vibes by Santi reserves the right to review each request on a case-by-case basis and approve or deny a refund depending on the progress and work already completed. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full refund if a substantial portion of the service has already been provided.

3. Digital product – eBook “Digitalizate para Ganar”

Due to the nature of this digital product, we do not offer refunds for the eBook “Digitalizate para Ganar.”

  • The eBook is delivered instantly after purchase.

  • At the moment of purchase, the customer automatically receives a template of the eBook that can be used immediately to create their own eBook.

  • Because the content and template are fully accessible from the moment of purchase and cannot be “returned”, all sales of this digital product are final and non‑refundable.

By completing the purchase of the eBook “Digitalizate para Ganar,” you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for this product.
